After years in the entrepreneurial space, we realised a major gap: there was no single, comprehensive view of our ecosystem. To fix this, the team at Deep Native Pvt Limited went deep into the research to identify the key players driving change in Zimbabwe. The process wasn't easy. We discovered that while great work is happening, a lack of documentation makes it incredibly difficult to "connect the dots". Our research highlighted three critical pain points:
- Fragmentation: Support services are scattered and disconnected
-The Funding Gap: A significant mismatch exists between capacity building and actual capital
-The Mentorship Void: Post-funding mentorship is almost non-existent
This leads to a few " What Ifs": What if we collaborated for greater impact? What if we documented services for better alignment? What if we built a unified mentorship network?
Could this be key to breeding the next Deltas, Econets or Innscors?
